Product Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. Speeddrop products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What's covered. Defects such as foam that fails to hold its shape under normal use, faulty seams or a defective cover.
What's not covered. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or damage from improper cleaning.
How to claim. Email with your order number and photos of the issue. If your claim is approved, we'll repair or replace the item, or issue a refund.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
