Shipping Policy
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping cost. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $40. Orders below the threshold show the exact shipping cost at checkout. Express shipping is available on select products.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- United States: 7–12 business days (standard); 4–9 business days (express, select items)
- Canada & Mexico: 5–12 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–25 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, weather and carrier volume can cause variation.
Tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Carriers & fulfillment. Orders ship from our U.S. and partner warehouses through trusted carriers (such as USPS, DHL and other regional partners).
Accurate address. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. Packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or an unavailable recipient may incur an additional reshipment fee.
Lost or delayed shipments. If your order seems lost or badly delayed, contact and we'll review it and help resolve it case by case.
